Basic 

상대방이 몸통 공격을 했을 때 : 바탕손 누르고 거들어 세워찌르기
When the opponent  attacks the trunk : Palm hand  pressing  and  assisting   erect thrusting

상대방이 얼굴 공격을 했을 때 : 제비품(손날)안치기
When the opponent  attacks the face : Swallow poom one hand  blade  inner neck hitting
      
상대방이 얼굴을 지를 때 : 뒷굽이 손날막고 무릎 눌러막고 편손끝지르기
When the opponent  punches the face : Backward inflection  stance  hand  blade blocking and knee pressing  blocking and flat hand fingertips thrusting 

상대방이 무기로 내리칠 때 : 앞굽이 제비품 목치기
When the opponent hits downward with weapons : Forward inflection  stance  swallowpoom neck hitting
     
상대방이 몸통을 지를 때 : 앞굽이 안막고 등주먹 얼굴치기
When the opponent hits the trunk : Forward inflection  stance inner blocking  and  back fist  face hitting

실전
Practice 

상대방이 몸통 공격을 했을 때: 바탕손 누르고 거들어 세워찌르기
