Thai Taekwondo of ‘Tiger Choi’, overwhelmingly win 1st place in the SEA Game!

Thailand national Taekwondo team of 'Tiger Choi' stood as the No. 1 overall in Southeast Asia region.

 

The national head coach Young-seok Choi(49), who is already well known in Thailand under the name of 'Tiger Choi,' emerged as a famous national hero in Thailand as Panipak Wongpattanakit(พาณิภัค วงศ์พัฒนกิจ·26) won the gold medal in the women's -49kg category at the Tokyo Olympics.

 

The coach Choi has led the Thailand national Taekwondo team since 2002 and completed the receiving process in Thailand ID card the name of ‘Chatchai Choi’ last year.

In the Freestyle Poomase category, △Jiraphong Khetlak ranked first in the men's individual event, △Sasipha Chuphon ranked first in the women's individual event, and △Sasipha Chuphon △Nuttapat Kaewkan △Jiraphong Khetlak △Thunsinee Mookda △Chutiphon Pansoon ranked second in the mixed team event.

In the Men’s Kyorugi category, ▲Ramnarong Sawekwiharee(Finweight -54kg·2nd) ▲Thanakrit Yodrak(Flyweight -58kg·1st) ▲Napat Sritimongkol(Bantamweight -63kg·2nd) ▲Chaichon Cho(Featherweight -68kg·2nd) ▲Jack Woody Mercer(Lightweight -74kg·2nd) achieved such a result.

 

In the Women’s Kyorugi category, ▲Julanan Khantikulanon(Finweight -46kg·1st) ▲Panipak Wongpattanakit(Flyweight -49kg·1st) ▲Chutikan Jongkolrattanawattana(Bantamweight -53kg·2nd) ▲Phannapa Harnsujin(Featherweight -57kg·1st) ▲Sasikarn Tongchan(Lightweight -62kg·1st) achieved such a result.
